The Role As Southern Territory Manager, you will be leading the Christchurch branch, mentoring the team, and focusing on new business growth.
Your knowledge of the Christchurch and South Island business landscape will be important in this role, and your strong commercial acumen will be required to plan and implement client engagement strategies.
A consultative sales style and ability to talk to business owners about business goals and strategy is essential. You should be confident establishing new relationships, developing ongoing conversations with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring outstanding customer service is achieved at all times.
A good awareness of technology is needed, and you will be responsible for monitoring the IT landscape to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities.
