Southern Region Management Opportunities

The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

We have permanent full-time opportunities for experienced Care Home (Facility) and Clinical Services Managers in the South Island Region. These leadership roles will see you and your team of staff making a difference in our residents' lives by delivering exceptional care.

About the role:

Work closely with the Regional Manager on the management of the site
Provide effective Facility or Clinical leadership
Oversee the efficient operation of care service provision to Village Care package recipients, Rest home & Hospital Residents
Ensure the exceptional care and safety of residents and staff
Liaise with residents and their families
Mentor, support and develop your team

About you:

Minimum 3+ years management experience (in Aged Care desired)
A track record of effective relationship building ability
Proven people leadership success
Detail focused with a passion for excellence
Comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes

Additional Clinical Management Needs

Registered Nurse with recognized expertise in the provision of Clinical oversight
3+ years in Senior Nursing experience in Aged Care
Excellent results leading previous Certification audits
