They offer specialized solutions designed to address various contamination issues, ensuring homes are thoroughly cleaned and restored to their best condition.About the PositionOur client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee, manage, and work hands-on with cleaning contracts across the South Island. The position requires some travel to job locations across the South Island, which will involve overnight stays, so candidates must be prepared to work away from home when required.General hours of work are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm, but you must be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends when required.Duties include:Completing work in accordance with a prepared scope of workLiaison with corporate office and senior managementPlanning job start times and completion targetsLiaison with clientsLeadership of support staffOverseeing health and safety compliance and documentationWe're looking for someone with:Excellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenA background or experience within the trades and/or the cleaning industryThe ability to work away from home for short periods of timeA positive, can-do working attitudeGood physical health - must be able to do manual heavy liftingA full NZ driver's licence - must be able to drive a manual and tow/back a trailerAdditional Information:Guaranteed 40 hours of paid work per weekUse of company van for work purposesAll PPE, uniform & equipment suppliedPotential for status advancement in the futurePlease note: A pre-employment Drug & Alcohol check and a Criminal history check is a part of the recruitment process.
