We operate Monday through to Sunday, therefore weekend work may be involved and flexibility is required for this position.
You must enjoy working in a busy environment while leading your kitchen team to deliver high-quality food. Managing client and budget expectations is key. You will be working closely alongside our site manager to develop and deliver a consistent and collaborative operation.
You will be hardworking, have a passion for great food, and a friendly outgoing personality.You will already have at least 5 years' proven work experience in a similar chef position with relevant leadership experience.You will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168).You will have experience and skill in modern cuisine and producing and presenting food to a high standard and will put strong emphasis on quality, presentation while being a great communicator.You will competently juggle multiple demands within a challenging environment.You will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service, and quality.This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants that work-life balance, wants to join us on our food journey, and grow their careers.
