Solicitor/Senior Solicitor - Property

Are you a property lawyer looking for a new adventure for 2025?
Our market leading Auckland property and real estate team is seeking a talented and motivated lawyer to join them.
You will be joining a vibrant and fun team, who strive to deliver great outcomes for their clients, in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
Your day to day will include: Handling complex property transactions, including subdivisions, commercial leasing, and property finance.
Providing expert legal advice to clients on property matters.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and leases.
Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings when necessary.
Ideally you will have: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a property lawyer.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand property law, including relevant legislation.
Proven track record in handling property transactions, leasing, and financing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
