The work is broad and spans the full range of commercial practice, which may include company restructuring, commercial leasing, business sales and purchase, property development, and transactions, together with some private client work. There is also a considerable opportunity for regular and direct client contact.If you have good attention to detail, are a team player and are able to work to meet deadlines, we want to hear from you.What you'll bring• 2+ years PQE • Experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law with some private client• Demonstrable commitment to teamwork and leadership potential• Excellent client care skills• Ability to establish and foster positive working relationships• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Critical thinker and an active listener• The ability to prioritise, keen administrative and organisational skills• Confident and motivated• The ability to speak a second language would be beneficialThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career and gain valuable practical experience across a range of commercial matters.
