Our Corporate department is looking for an enthusiastic and talented legal secretary / administrator to join our busy Auckland corporate team.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who are looking to step into a busy role, someone who is organised and can build relationships easily with their team.
Prior legal or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
This role will see you working alongside the senior secretary or secretaries: Supporting partners as well as the wider team Preparing documentation: presentations, reports, statements Liaising with clients on behalf of the legal staff; taking phone messages Supporting the team's monthly billing process Undertaking a wide range of other administrative and PA duties as required.
To be successful in this role you must have: A positive and enthusiastic attitude Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and possibly also Excel) An eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) A "can-do" and happy to help attitude with the ability to be flexible and operate as part of a team A proactive approach to your work - the ability to work on tasks unprompted and anticipate needs Impeccable time management skills and an ability to prioritise Culture and benefits: In addition to a strong team culture, we offer a range of benefits and initiatives to help our people maintain a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
