Solicitor - Senior Associate - Private Wealth

The firm is busy and looking to grow as we look ahead into 2025.Key responsibilities:Drafting and reviewing trust and estate documentation including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney documents, Contracting out Agreements, Leases, Trust deeds etc;Assisting the Partner/s with complicated trust restructures and supporting clients to protect their assets;Running matters, liaising directly with clients, banks and others;Contributing to the firm's long-term client relationships.To be successful in this role you may have:Commitment to excellence;Willingness to engage in diverse work across trusts, succession planning, and estates;2 + PQE although all applications will be assessed on merit.
