We are looking for a solicitor or senior solicitor with relevant experience to work directly with our tax partner, Tony Wilkinson, and the broader team on the firm's largest and most significant transactions. Your responsibilities will be to provide legal advice across a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments, securitisation, income tax, GST, financing, restructuring, and customs and excise duty matters while collaborating closely with our Corporate and Commercial and Banking and Finance teams.In this role you will be well supported to deliver your best work – we have a full-time tax support solicitor to manage important administration for the team and you have the option to work as flexibly as you like to complement the existing team.Qualifications and ExperienceWe value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious and innovative.
