Solicitor - Corporate/Commercial

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand's leading law firms and we are currently recruiting a 3 - 8 Year PQE Solicitor to join their Dunedin based Commercial team.
You will have experience in:
Advising on Complex Contracts
Company Law
Joint Ventures
Shareholder Agreements
Terms of Trade
Finance Files
This role is varied and you will be dealing with clients on a national and international scale. You will be liaising directly with some of New Zealand's largest corporations on matters both small and large. Alongside your day-to-day workload, there will also be the opportunity to undertake and manage larger projects. There is scope to really make this role your own and there is truly no compromise on the level of work.
