Aspiring Probation Officer Location: Sussex Are you passionate about demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children who have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences? Are you passionate about restorative approaches? We are looking for a committed individual to join our team as an Aspiring Probation Officer. This role involves engaging with children and young people, providing support and intervention strategies to promote mental health and education. Key Responsibilities: Support vulnerable children in educational settings. Implement restorative approaches in interactions. Collaborate with mental health professionals and educators. Document and report on progress and challenges. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or related field. Experience working with children or in educational settings.
