Sole Trading Book Keeper / Office Administration

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sole Trading Book keeper / Office Administrator to support our growing group of entertainment companies.
This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
You'll collaborate with management, accountants, and directors to maintain financial accuracy and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee bookkeeping activities, ensuring financial records are maintained in an orderly fashionProcess payments, wages, and bills in a timely mannerSend out and follow up on invoicesCollaborate with management, accountants, and directors to support financial operationsEnsure compliance with internal policies and proceduresRequirements: Minimum 2 years of office administration experienceBasic bookkeeping knowledgeProficiency in Xero accounting softwareStrong organisational and time management skillsFlexibility with working hours (combination of office and remote work)We are in a growth phase and looking to bring the right person on board.
