Key Responsibilities: Install roof and ground-mounted solar arrays and advanced battery storage systems, including Tesla products.
Work on both grid-tied and some off-grid solar systems, ensuring all installations meet New Zealand's electrical standards.
Test and certify all installations as safe and fully operational.
Manage and mentor team members to ensure top-quality installations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For: Qualified and experienced electrician (We can help with New Zealand qualification conversion if needed—minimum 2-year commitment).
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Full driving licence.
Experience in solar installation (but we offer training if you're new to the field!).
Comfortable working at heights (training provided if needed).
What We Offer: Guaranteed Hours & Flexibility: Minimum of 30 hours per week (usually around 45-50), with overtime pay available.
