Downer has been appointed as the asset manager and maintenance contractor, hard and soft services, for the CRLL City Rail Link project for a period of up to 30 years under the Asset Management and Services (AMAS) contract with Auckland Transport. The contract delivery period commences at practical completion of the CRL project that is scheduled for 2025.The Service Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering soft services during the transition to day one operations at three new CRLL train stations: Maungawhau, Karangaa-Hape, and Te Waihorotiu.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include leadership, business and personnel management, safety oversight, and achieving commercial goals. Key tasks involve establishing best practices for services like cleaning, pest control, and anti-graffiti, as well as developing management plans, procuring equipment, and managing specialized cleaning contractors.
