We're looking for a Social Worker to provide support to the PathwaysWaitemata Mobile Service based in the North Shore, Auckland. You'll be reporting to the Team Coach and workin a community mobile team covering the Waitemata District Health Board area.
Our Registered HealthProfessionals support people experiencing mental illness to identify and meettheir individual health and social care needs and support them to re-connectwith community services and take control of their own lives.
This is a fixed-term position, ending December 2024. You will be workingMonday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, based in Northshore, Auckland.
