Mo to matou ropu - About our team
The Crisis Resolution Service is a community-based mental health service which provides acute assessment, risk formulation, and treatment working in partnership with people, whanau, and community supports.
We are a frontline service and work closely with Emergency departments, Police, social services, GPs, and tertiary education providers.
We assess people of all ages and refer on to secondary services or back to primary care. The team is multidisciplinary, comprising of Nurses, Doctors, social workers, and administrators.
Mou - About you
You will be an integral part of the MDT process
Train to become a duly Authorised Officer for the Mental Health Act 1992 within 6 months
Have a good sense of humour to work within a team
Registered Social Worker with at least 3 years of experience working in a mental health setting
Full Driver's License essential
Skilled in risk assessments and risk formulations
