Social Services Administrator Provide essential administrative supportAnalyse and prepare reportsCoordinate meetings, staff training, and maintain quality standardsWe are looking for a dedicated Social Services Administrator to support our Manager Social Services. Based in Henderson, this full-time role is integral to ensuring the efficient administration of our social services contracts and operations. About the Role: As the Social Services Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the Manager Social Services with a variety of administrative tasks. You'll ensure that all contracts are managed accurately and efficiently, provide insightful data analysis, and assist with the smooth running of social service programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and making a real impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Manager Social Services to ensure smooth contract managementPrepare and analyse reports to keep management informed of performance against funder requirementsCoordinate meetings, staff training, and manage calendars effectivelyEnsure compliance with health & safety protocols, workplace cleanliness, and quality assurance standardsParticipate in service development projects and provide ongoing support for social services deliveryAbout You: Proven administration experience, preferably in a community service settingStrong data analysis and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other organizational ICT systemsUnderstanding of Pacific cultures, mores, and protocolsAbility to communicate effectively in both English and a Pacific language is highly desirableExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentAbout us: A message from The Fono's CEO – Fiugalu Tevita Funaki MNZM Because you are thinking about a career with The Fono Trust let me tell you why that could be a great idea.?
