### Job Description

ManpowerGroup is seeking a motivated and innovative **Social Media Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Content Strategy Development:** Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create and implement an effective social media strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience engagement.

- **Content Creation:** Design and produce engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics) tailored for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

- **Community Management:** Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community and enhancing brand loyalty.

- **Performance Analysis:** Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and engagement, using analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually innovate and keep the company's social media presence fresh and relevant.

- **Campaign Coordination:** Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including promotions, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall marketing tactics.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure messaging is consistent and effectively communicates the brand story.

- **Training and Development:** Potentially assist in training and guiding other team members on effective social media practices and tools.

### Requirements

#### Education and Experience

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a professional setting or internship.

#### Skills and Attributes

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using various social media platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
