Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:Les Mills International, a global leader in fitness and wellness, is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at our Nelson, NZ location.
As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:- Manage and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for online platforms- Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and increase brand awareness- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies- Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Strong people management and research skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits:- Gym membership- Medical coverage- Life insurance Working Environment:At Les Mills International, we empower our employees to take ownership and make impactful decisions.
