Job Description: Philip Morris International is seeking a driven and hardworking Social Media Manager to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, New Zealand. As a part-time entry level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to build relationships and increase brand loyalty- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to drive growth- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to drive innovation in social media strategy- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI- Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement Requirements:- 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance metrics- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Personality Traits:- Driven- Hardworking Soft Skills:- Time Management- Project Management Benefits:- Visa sponsorship- Profit sharing- Parental leave Working Environment:At Philip Morris International, we leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
