Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a talented and reliable Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, this role is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and possess excellent presentation and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing- Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment- Flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in social media management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Experience with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting while staying accountable and meeting deadlines- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
