Job Description:
Yum Brands is seeking a dedicated and independent Social Media Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in social media management
- Strong negotiation and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
