We specialise in organic and paid social media, photography & videography, graphic design, website and brand development, plus AI advisory. Our clientele spans local, national, and international markets. We are also known for running conference-style events across NZ, bringing together industry experts to discuss marketing, which positions us as thought-leaders in the digital space.
About the Job:
We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer to join our dedicated digital marketing team. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and writing content, creating and optimising ad campaigns, attending client meetings, working with our creative team, planning and attending content shoots and much more. This role offers the chance to work with top-tier clients, including international brands, providing a massive scope for professional growth.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our brand-new A-grade offices in Tauranga. About You:
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing brands online through social media and paid advertising.
Client Management : Strong ability to manage and build client relationships.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager is essential.
Communication : Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities. Punctuality is your second nature—you're known for always being on time.
Attitude : A positive attitude, initiative, and a constant drive to learn and improve for our clients are crucial. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our company culture.
Work Eligibility : Must have the right to work in New Zealand without restrictions.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
Graphic design skills beyond basic Canva.
Previous marketing agency experience.
Proficiency in Google Suite including Analytics, Ads, and SEO.
Experience in email marketing via platforms like MailChimp or Audience Republic.
