For the first time in nearly 8 years, we are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us connect with our audience in a fun, stylish and trend-setting way.Job DescriptionAs a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This dynamic role involves managing a total of four social media pages with a combined following of over 18,000. No two days are the same! You will work closely with our teams to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and values, bringing your passion for fashion and style to life. You will also work alongside the Stock Manager & Onlines Manager, helping process new stock and uploading to Shopify. You will be a part of all the fun stuff - photoshoots & fashion shows! We are looking for a yes person who is positive, fashionable and uplifting in every sense!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage new strategies across our social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook; TikTok is a bonus!).Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) that speaks to our audience and promotes our identity.Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that encourages a positive community.Collaborate with all staff to ensure content is informative, appealing, and engaging.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and trends!Possibly work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement.Help process new stock & upload it to Shopify, and assist with monthly planning meetings, events, and photoshoots!RequirementsProven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.Strong understanding of current social media platforms, tools, and trends.Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for fashion and an understanding of the women's retail market.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A 1 year fixed term, full-time position, Monday to Friday (That's right!
