About the roleTo create conversations about brands, organisations, and issues that deliver an organisational benefit e.g. more sales, shifting opinion, changing behaviour. We do this by creating content and experiences in real life, on social media, or through influential third parties that people want to talk about, share, and interact with.
The Fuse Social Account Director is an expert in the art of creating conversations that deliver pioneering work that contributes to Fuse's overall vision and targets. This is a key relationship role offering specialist knowledge and working closely with our media and commercial partners to provide outstanding client service and product delivery across designated accounts, on both an individual and team basis.
Skills and Experience
6+ years' experience in an agency or in-house role
Have successfully led the delivery of campaigns
Experience with large clients across a range of categories
Presentation and storytelling skills
Planning and organising skills
People management skills
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Competencies
Strategic thinker comfortable working at all levels of an organisation, who can participate in senior discussions regarding the business and communications strategy
Has a collaborative work ethic, this is required both within the agency (FUSE, OMD, and Specialist business units) as well as with clients and partners
Pioneer: Engage a team to find innovative ways to achieve goals and business objectives
Smarter: Demonstrates the ability to understand and explain general business principles, practices, and functions as well as the inter-relatedness thereof to your team
Closer: Provides regular feedback and coaching to support team members' development and enhance team performance
