Slaughterboard Supervisor

OTAGO BASED ROLEPlatinum Recruitment are thrilled to partner again for this busy plant in Otago in their search for a Slaughterboard Supervisor.THE ROLE: You will be reporting to the Departmental Manager (Slaughter Manager).
Having recently completed a renovation on the slaughter board, we are looking for the right supervisor to build the productivity, efficiency, and culture for the chain.Dayshift: 6 am to 5 pm.
45-50 hours p/week.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:Ovine & bobby calf slaughter experience (beef slaughter experience is a bonus)Leading large, high intensity & seasonal production teamsCommunicating effectively up & down reporting linesIndustry training, mentoring & upskillingDelivering & training production KPIs in red meat processingProven wins in budgeting, forecasting & reportingImmediate eligibility to work in NZ requiredTHE REWARDS:By joining this successful international company, you will be joining an established & already high performing team with a depth of red meat knowledge.
