Skilled Civil Construction and Infrastructure Labourer Previous relevant work experience for at least 3 years
Physically fit, excellent stamina, and able to do heavy lifting. Familiarity with power tools and machinery.
A positive and enthusiastic team member, reliable, can work without supervision, ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines. Understands construction principles and procedures.
Must have a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily.
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
Dismantle temporary structures such as barricades and scaffolding. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, compact and level earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, or rakes.
Operate a variety of hand power tools and construction vehicles, measure, mark, record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
Position, join, align, or seal structural components or pipes. Dismantle forms for pouring concrete. Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify any errors or defects.
Assist with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or project plans.
Slide pipes into trenches and align pipeline sections.
Report incidents immediately to the safety director, foreman, or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures by the company.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
