The Role:
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Manager at our new Manukau Outlet store! You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store's success.

The Role & Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Open and close stores including late night trades
Support management in leading the team
Process large volumes of stock
Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
Assist in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required
Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
