Site Team Leaders

Position: Site Team Leader
Location: Waikato Region
Pay: $29.66 per hour
Minimum: 30 hours and Maximum Hours will be 40 Per Week
Will Be Required to Travel At Different Sites On Daily Basis


Requirements
At least 1 year of Relevant Experience in Required
OR
At least NZQF Level 2 or 3 or above Relevant Qualifications Required


Duties will be as follows:
Good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues
Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date
Direct and coordinate the Workers
Report it to the Site Manager
Ensuring work is completed timely & effectively to ensure company production goals are met
Completion and filing of Work Sheets
Guide the Workers with operational involvement as required
Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers
Review tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety
