Key Responsibilities: ·       Carry out the job as a Site Supervisor that normally required with a construction company such as site supervision, resources planning, attending site meeting, maintaining site health and safety issue, problem solving, material take off and delivery etc. ·       To ensure the company is efficiently maintained by providing superior workmanship. ·       Assist site manager or above in liaison with site, problem solving and help to ensure project cost, quality and time are met. ·       Provide translation between company staff and local; ensuring all instruction is reach with understanding by company staff. ·       Demonstrate a profound knowledge in construction work. ·       Demonstrate competencies in time management. ·       You shall at all times discharge your duties in a diligent and faithful manner to the full benefit of the employer's business. ·       To allow flexibility in the workplace, the employer may instruct you to perform duties other than your customary duties. ·       Carry out normal carpenter job with tools if require on site, pending on site requirement. ·       All the job responsibilities of "Site Administrator" if not assigned for the project due to project size.     ISO Management System Responsibilities: ·       Reporting risks. ·       Comply with the organisation's Management System. ·       Collaborate with suggestions. ·       Reporting H&S and Environmental accidents/incidents. ·       Reporting opportunities for improvement or quality issues. ·       Participate in Staff Meetings if requested.     Competencies ·       Diploma or certification in construction management, building construction, or a related field. ·       Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects. ·       Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment. ·       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals and objectives. ·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders. ·       Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. ·       Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
