Site Manager

Exciting opportunity to lead our team at Mix'd Cocktail Bar. Opening in December 2024, we are seeking a passionate and devoted Site Manager to lead the team at Mix'd. Our new beachfront Cocktail Bar will offer a range of tapas-style share plates, platters, alongside a blend of Cocktails, Beer and Wine. Key responsibilities include: Oversee all operations of the bar and collaborate with all departments to ensure the smooth running of the business Manage staff, including rostering, hiring, training and performance Assist with developing and implementing bar menus, promotions and special events Monitor supplies and manage inventory levels, ordering and vendor relationships Work alongside Management to achieve financial targets Qualities: Previous management experience in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment Current LCQ and Duty Managers License Proficient in using POS systems and a basic knowledge of financial management Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills Passion for beverage creativity and knowledge of cocktail mixology is a bonus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits A tight-knit, supportive, and fun family-orientated culture Opportunity for growth and development Full and Part Time positions available.
