Working on some of the most exciting projects in Hawkes Bay, we now need a Site Manager to join us to help lead our teams to the next level!
Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a similar role Experience on commercial projects Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style dependent on audience Ability to apply knowledge in a practical commercial manner Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, internally and externally Teamwork - willingness to assist and support others as required Time management/organisation - accomplish objectives effectively within given timeframes LBP Tasks & Responsibilities Delegation of tasks to workers Coordinate workers through projects Overall management of sites in conjunction with project manager Ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are procured in a time-efficient manner Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure proper quality is maintained Create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers Comply with Work, Health and Safety regulations, actively promoting positive H&S behaviours throughout the team.
