Job Description: Temporary Site ManagerLocation: North Canterbury, ChristchurchWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Christchurch.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Concrete Construction, Infrastructure, and Formwork systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met.Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.Oversee quality control and ensure work meets industry standards.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in concrete construction and infrastructure projects.Expertise in formwork and site management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.Starting in the New Year, January/February 2025.If you are a dedicated professional with the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
