Site Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly regarded contractor specialising in the Water sector. Through a recently secured framework, my client has security of work until 2030 at least, so this opportunity can offer job stability and career growth and progression. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful post-holder will support the development and continuous improvement of the delivery team, striving to enhance the health, safety, quality and environmental outcomes and commercial success of the project. As Site Manager you will be part of the delivery team of a £70m upgrade of a Water Treatment Plant in Dorset.As Site Manager you will:Be responsible for the day to day management of site operatives and subcontractors.Work with the management team to ensure that project costs do not exceed budgets.Raise any key project issues and risks of mitigation to the Senior Project Manager.Review and update RAMS.Our client requires a Site Manager with:HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (not essential).Experience of working in a similar position within the Civil Engineering/Water/Utility sector.SMSTS, CSCS Managers card and First Aid at Work.Salary/Benefits:£50,000 - £55,000 per annum.Company car or £5,590 car allowance.25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Option to purchase an additional 5 days leave.Employer contribution pension scheme.Private medical insurance.Life assurance.Health insurance.Plus additional company benefits.If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Kelly Evans on (phone number removed).
