Site Manager

You will supervise and organize materials and labor on construction sites.Tasks include:Delegating tasks to workers.Creating and monitoring schedules for each worker.Ensuring that work sites are clear of any hazardous materials prior to the commencement of projects.Conducting team meetings with workers and outlining how tasks are to be carried out.Managing budgets and tracking costs.Coordinating workers throughout projects.Ensuring that all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are procured in a time-efficient manner.Monitoring daily procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained.Handling onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner.Creating and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.Ensuring periodic maintenance and proper storage of construction equipment and tools.Complying with Work, Health, and Safety regulations.The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.Job Salary: $33.00 - $34.00Working place: AucklandWorking hour per week: 30 - 50Job pre-requisites:At least 2 years of relevant work experience with verified evidence, preferably gained in New Zealand.A relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in management, construction management, quantity surveying, or other related fields is preferable but not essential.Good work attitude and good communication skills.Strong motivation.Quality workmanship and eye for detail.Strong dedication to health and workplace safety.
