SITE MANAGER
We are a busy horticulture business and we are seeking to employ full-time Site Managers to join our team.

Responsibilities
Manage field operations including:
Staff hiring and training
Ensuring consistent quality of work standards
Managing staff relations issues and problem-solving
Planning and controlling operations
Business Management:
Plan business strategies to maintain business sustainability
Manage the entire site operation
Practice active business management strategies to grow business
Liaise with the Director for business planning
Manage the overall business operation
Ensure customer service is not compromised
Record customer feedback
Handle any complaints and resolve them
Ensure all equipment is handled with care and any maintenance work is taken care of
Practice excellent business communication with management, clients, and staff
Ensure all produce meets quality standards for marketability
Conduct team meetings regularly for effective business planning and staff feedback
Financial Management:
Manage timesheets and hours worked for staff
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
Prepare monthly budgets and ensure all expenses are controlled within the budget
Maintain all financial paperwork of the business accurately to ensure sustainability
Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximise profits
Conduct data analysis using sales figures for forward planning
Staff Management:
Practice excellent communication with staff and management
Develop effective training strategies for staff
Ensure staff is made available to the site promptly
Manage staff and supervisors and advise them on job specifications
Recruit, train, and manage staff as required
Motivate and coach staff as needed for optimum performance
Deal with any staffing issues
Ensure health and safety of staff
Skills and Requirements
You will have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar field
Knowledge and experience in horticulture is essential
A clean driver's licence
Excellent organisation skills
Ready to do pre-employment drug testing if needed
Excellent work ethic
Physical fitness
Ability to work on weekends and long hours during busy periods
Computer literacy to handle administration work as part of the role
Remuneration
You will be paid $32 per hour and will be working at least 30 hours a week.
