Their minor works business is growing and they are recruiting a Site Manager who will work autonomously on regional projects.
The Job This division enjoys a diverse range of fast paced projectsin the $1m to $3m range.
Projects could range from building extensions and fits outs through to building services (HVAC) upgrades, industrial plant improvements or building maintenance.
Working with an experienced teamyour focus will be the ownership, management and leadership of site work.
You will support the planning and site establishment, and safely drive the construction program to deliverquality outcomes in a timely manner.
A key focus willbe your ability to work closely with client and specialist consultantsanddeliver work in live and operating environments.
Required background New Zealand experienced site manager, trade or tertiary qualifications Proven success on leading a range of commercial grade construction projects in New Zealand Experienced with project systems and reporting Positive and motivating leadership style.
