They have a emphasis on Eco- friendly cleaning, ensuring that businesses take care of their staff, customers and the environment.Role overview:This position involves overseeing the commercial cleaning contract for one of the company's key client sites. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services, conducting quality assurance checks, and overseeing the performance of franchisees and staff. The role also includes supporting other client accounts and franchise operations, focusing on compliance with company standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Site Manager will contribute to the growth of franchise businesses, ensuring that all services align with the company's operational goals and meet client expectations. This role is a full time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday - must be flexible to work weekends when required. A car, with a fuel card, laptop and phone would be provided.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the dedicated client service manager for the key client, maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns promptly.Manage the financial and operational performance of client contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and exceeding client expectationsManage contract documentation and compliance with company policies.Oversee the day-to-day operational management of client's services, ensuring service delivery meets established quality standardsInvestigate and address any contractual discrepancies or performance issues.Conduct regular staff and franchisee meetings to review performance and operational standardsConduct regular audits of franchisee performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standardsEnsure that all staff and franchisees adhere to the companies Health and Safety Polices.Complete the daily job card in Totallane, the company's process management system, to ensure accurate tracking of tasks, audits, and issue resolutions.Undertake any other duties as assigned by management may be required from time to time.Knowledge and skills:3 - 5 years' experience as site, field or service manager in delivering clients' expectations and managing operational requirements across multiple sites.Strong understanding of site-specific commercial cleaning operations, including special works such as carpet cleaning, step & seal, hard floor scrubbing, polishing, etc. Competent at operating industry related machines/equipment is preferred.Trade or service line-based qualifications are preferred such as NZQA Cleaning Level 2/3, Careerforce Registered Qualified Assessor, etc.Proven experience in ensuring compliance with relevant H&S legislation, maintaining records, conducting site inductions, and delivering site-specific H&S requirements.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Ability to conduct training's and coach people effectively..Strong work ethics and physical fitness for the demanding nature of the job.Current and Clean New Zealand Driver's Licence.If you're an experienced Site Manager ready for your next challenge, apply today! or call Chantelle for a chat 098392737 Researching careers?
