In this role, you will lead and manage projects from start to finish.
This includes handling tender interviews, issuing contracts, negotiating with subcontractors, and working with your site teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards.
Your focus will be on completing projects on time, within budget, with zero defects, and achieving a level of client satisfaction that you can be 100% proud of.
What you will need: A relevant tertiary or trade qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in the NZ building environment The ability to understand, monitor and ensure contractual obligations are met.
