Key Responsibilities Leading the coordination and prioritisation of resources across projectsAssessing and interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsCoordinating resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipmentConsulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionalsManaging links between projects and monitoring overall time, costs, quality, budget and riskNegotiating with stakeholders throughout the construction process and project lifecycleManaging and monitoring adherence to legislation and standards of performance and safetyManaging submission of plans to local authorities and liaising with stakeholders to undertake relevant inspections throughout the projectestablishing and managing project plans to ensure alignment with program strategic goals and project outcomesJob RequirementsAt least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry, or relevant qualificationsCalm, professional temperament and a good work ethicAdhere to all organizational policies and proceduresIntermediate computer skillsAbility to build strong relationships with excellent time management skillsTake pride in every aspect of their work to produce the highest possible outcome
