Site Implementation Lead – Supply Chain Fixed-Term Position, Auckland We are looking for a Site Implementation Lead – Supply Chain to join us on a fixed-term contract until June 2026. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of best practice Supply Chain processes and supporting the Inventory Management System throughout Southern Cross Hospitals.
The Site Implementation Lead will require skills in effective stakeholder management and communication as they will work in close collaboration with the hospital supply chain teams, the senior leadership teams, and the wider project team to facilitate high quality implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements5+ years of proven Supply Chain experienceExperience in direct or indirect leadership position(s) leading and motivating teamsExperience using an inventory management system and best practice Supply Chain processesExperience working in a project environmentQualification in Supply Chain, inventory management or related subjects or equivalent experienceExperience in the healthcare industry would be desirableKo wai matou | Our Organisation Southern Cross Healthcare is driven by a clear purpose to advance the provision of quality healthcare in Aotearoa New Zealand.
