Site Foreman/Supervisor

ROLE
The glue that holds everything together, the Site Foreman/Supervisor coordinates operations and oversees the team members on location. As the point of reference for both the team and our clients, they are the key person for the completion of a project, favoring safety over everything else.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing and directing staff onsite during marquee set ups.
Responsible for onsite procedures and Health and Safety.
Direct onsite contact with clients.
Reporting back to Operations Manager of any issues to do with gear or logistics.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Ensure the final setup is per client requirements and that normal Lucy's standards of service are maintained.

Available to work extended hours.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
