Job Title: Site Coordinator
Job Description Summary In conjunction with the client management team, successfully deliver and coordinate all asset and maintenance requirements at Auckland Prison whole of site ensuring all key performance indicators (KPI's) are met and exceeded, by implementing effective strategies to achieve financial targets, client satisfaction, and sub-contractor management ensuring profitability.
About the Role: Serve as the primary front-of-house contact.Organise meeting room setups and coordinate site catering orders.Manage the Visitor Registration System to ensure compliance and security.Process staff timesheets for payroll.Manage office consumables and provide essential administrative support.Ensure compliance with various regulatory and company requirements.Maintain detailed records.Monitor and manage the compliance inbox.Assist the Contract Coordinator with audit requirements and regulatory compliance.About You: Minimum of two years' experience in facilities or property administration or customer service, preferably in Outsourced Facilities Management.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and JDE software.Strong commitment to safety and ethical conduct.Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Outstanding customer service skills.Effective planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Resilience to work in a prison environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
