We are looking for a Site Administrator who is a team player and a people person with a great phone manner, dynamic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. This role is for a busy construction company based on a Christchurch site but in an office environment. You will need to have a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task under time pressures, be punctual, friendly, and helpful communication manner, and efficient computer administrative skills. You will be part of a team-based onsite consisting of site managers, QS, tradesmen, etc and you will need to be able to communicate with this range of people. Tasks for this role are (but are not limited to) Primary purpose of role is to maintain project documents, ensuring that project documentation/information is distributed throughout an organisation, on time, to the people who need it.General office administrationAssistance with training documentation and presentation requirementsAssist with preparation for and attend/minute project meetingsSupport the project's QA & H&S requirementsAnswering phone inquiriesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Assist Project Manager with Compliance DocumentationKnowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
