Showroom Team Member - Albany

Description The role:This role will see you providing excellent customer service to our loyal trade customers in both our Trade Counter/Showroom and within our Yard & Drive Thru. You will ensure that all our customers experience the best service from start to finish. Daily you will be responsible for:Servicing customers & providing product adviceLoading & unloading products onto vehicles/trucksPicking & packing ordersMonitoring stock & cycle countingEnsuring the showroom & yard is maintained Merchandising & maintain aislesEnsuring H&S is at the forefront of everything you do This is a casual, part time role with hours readily available. Based in Albany. About you:We will ideally be looking for someone who has some understanding and experience in customer service in a retail environment. However, it will be ability to quickly build rapport with people all ages and backgrounds which we will be most attracted to. Have strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality. Be motivated, self-driven and able to work independently. Have a strong focus on performance and dedication to support our valued customers. Competent computer and numeracy skills. Proactive and able to think on your feet and under pressure. A full clean NZ driver license is required, a forklift license is preferred, however not essential.
