Shop Manager

Employer: Gongcha Northlands Job Title: Shop Manager Full Time We are currently looking for an experienced Shop Manager to join our friendly team here in Christchurch.
This role may include the following tasks: Maintaining the smooth operations of the store ensuring tasks such as stocking shelves, maintenance of a good service level, and clear records of stock and financial transactions are completed.
selecting and training staff new to their roles and supervising exisitng staff as well as delegating staff creating new marketing strategies suited for the store and the promotion of products implementing marketing strategies to increase sales, and advising customers on product use.
delegating tasks to other staff complying with occupational health and safety regulations We require you to have at least 3 years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification equivalent to NZQA level 4.Â
