Shift Supervisor (Sole Charge) - Salary $54K To $65K - Minimum 35 Hours / Week

Specifically, you bring the following skills and attributes:

Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to either work alone in equally in a team environment supervising other staff.
Able to work both weekdays and weekends on a rostered basis as the business needs dictate
Able to work varying rostered shift times (mornings, evenings, nights) as business needs dictate
Previous experience in food and coffee retailing is essential.  HACCP food safety trained with proven experience in food preparation and retailing to ensure food is safely managed and documented.  Experience in a fast-paced coffee business, where quality is paramount but speed is also essential.
Previous experience using the following software applications preferrable:

ORBIS point of sale equipment.
G5 point of sale equipment


Excellent communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service.
Able to demonstrate previous success in managing stressful situations using honed listening skill, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Attention to detail, the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry out emergency activities if required
Eligibility to work in NZ
Holding a full,  clean, drivers licence
