Shift Supervisor
We are currently looking for Shift Supervisor to join our busy Stores located within Auckland. You will have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and be really helpful. You must be mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with tough situations.  
Location: Waiuku, Auckland 
Number of position for this job: 02
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30 Hours
Days required: Monday to Sunday
Hourly Rate: $29.66
 
PURPOSE OF POSITION: 
To effectively manage allocated shifts in accordance with company policies and procedures, with emphasis on control of production, customer service and Team Member supervision.
Your duties will include but not limited to:


Assist the management in day to day overall operations of the store;


Supervise the team members for the smooth functioning of sales, Assist in recruiting new staff (when required), training new staff, Assign tasks to team members during your shift & Performance review of the team members;


Assisting in scheduling tasks, resolving problems and following up work results;


Resolving customer complaints, Building up clients relations, ensuring high level customer services, promoting safe and positive public image of the organisation;


Monitor and record stock levels into the Automated Restaurant Management System (ARMS) on daily basis;


Order all stock using ARMS and in accordance with guidelines pertaining to the allocated shift.


To ensure that controls and procedures necessary to protect the safety of employees and customers, company funds, property and plant are maintained by all employees on any shift under supervision. 


To ensure the store's sanitation and cleanliness at or above the standard


Conduct regular meetings with the management


 
To be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate:


Minimum one year of supervisory level work experience at the similar business environment


You must be, someone who is committed, reliable and able to work on a roster that would require you to work varied days and times which includes late evenings, weekends & Public holidays;


Strong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer service;


Enjoy coming to work and willing to be part of a team;


Must pass the drug test and police check
