AS A SHIFT MANAGER / SHIFT SUPERVISOR YOU WILL:
Be responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, building sales, executing strong people practices and driving profitability on your shifts.
Be the leader of the restaurant, ensuring that the shift runs smoothly and safely
Drive, inspire and develop our people to perform to their potential and deliver great business outcomes.
Lead the shift in line with McDonald's systems, policies and procedures
Lead by example, offer solutions, think outside the box and keep the team and yourself up to date with knowledge on any business developments.

THE PERSON
This is a fantastic role for you if you love variety and a challenge, but also enjoy the day-to-day buzz of working with others and serving customers in a dynamic, fast paced, team environment.
Candidates must have management experience in the hospitality industry.
We are busy at nights and on weekends, so we are looking for candidates that have strong Anytime, Nights and/or Weekend availability.
LOCATION
The position is within our Group of McDonald's Restaurants: Merivale, Chch Airport, Hornby, Marshland, Yaldhurst, Northlands and The Palms.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
We have PART-TIME (20 - 30 hrs/week ) and FULL-TIME (40 plus hrs/week) positions available.
