This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, guiding a dynamic team while ensuring the safety and security of our clients in a fast-paced, critical environment.About the Role: As the Shift Leader in our Dispatch Centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators and ensuring smooth and efficient operations during your shift. You will manage the dispatch of security alerts, oversee the team's response to incidents, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
